• ALL SALES FINAL: Because these are handcrafted drops, we don’t do returns for "buyer's remorse."

• RESPECT THE WORK: We aren't responsible for how colors look on your specific phone screen or if the carrier loses your bag once it leaves the Haus.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. LUXiE HAUS reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), the risk of loss passes to you.

All brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced in our art remain the property of their respective owners. Our use of these motifs is strictly for artistic, non-commercial-imitation purposes.
