Shipping policy

• READY TO SHIP: Drop 001 bags are currently ready to ship from our final inventory batch. Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible after purchase.

• SHIPPING COST: Shipping is on us for all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $8.

• DELIVERY: Once shipped, your order typically arrives in 3–5 business days.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order leaves the Haus, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking to update. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

 

ADDRESS CHECK

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If the wrong address is entered and the package has already shipped, we cannot reroute it. If you notice a mistake before it ships, email luxiehaus@gmail.com immediately.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, LUXiE HAUS is not responsible for stolen packages, porch theft, or carrier misplacement. We highly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking so you can be home when it lands.

 

DROP 001 FINAL BATCH

Drop 001 is a limited release. Once a design sells out, it may not return.
