Refund policy
THE TRUTH ABOUT RETURNS
Every LUXiE HAUS bag is part of a limited Drop 001 release. Because our drops are limited and designs may not return once sold out, all bag sales are final.
• FINAL SALE: We do not accept returns for change of heart, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item.
• EXCHANGES: Because quantities are limited, we cannot guarantee exchanges once a design sells out.
DAMAGES & ERRORS
We hand-inspect every bag before it leaves the Haus. However, if your bag arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxiehaus@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If the error is ours, we will evaluate the situation and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
• EARRINGS & JEWELRY: Final sale.
• SALE ITEMS: Any item purchased during a promotion.
• GIFT CARDS: Non-refundable.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
LUXiE HAUS reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the criteria of a genuine order error or manufacturing defect. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or alterations will not be considered.
